Refund Policy

14-day refunds

If Pro is not for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked.

Email support@barqio.live from your account email, or use the refund link in your Paddle receipt.

Renewals

Auto-renewal can be cancelled anytime from the dashboard before the renewal date. A charged renewal is refundable within 14 days if Pro features were not used after the charge.

TikTok gift activations

Pro activated via a TikTok gift is final once applied (TikTok takes its share immediately) — if an activation error occurs, contact us within 48 hours and we will fix it.

Timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days via Paddle to the original payment method.
